"I can’t say enough good things about Tressa and Denise at my State Farm agent’s office in Matthews. They are always so polite, responsive, and genuinely pleasant on the phone—but having the chance to meet with them in person recently reminded me just how exceptional they truly are. I stopped by to pick up a second Drive Safe & Save beacon, and I’ll admit I was a little anxious about setting up the Bluetooth connection. I struggled with the first one on my own, and they had encouraged me to come in if I needed help. I’m so glad I took them up on that offer. Both Tressa and Denise were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They walked me through everything step by step and made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. They always meet my needs when I call, but experiencing that same level of care face‑to‑face made it even more special. It’s rare these days to find people who treat you like a neighbor, not just a customer—and that’s exactly what they do. I’m grateful to have such wonderful, helpful people in my corner at State Farm."
